Had trips Saturday and Sunday. Saturday I got to fish with wallydog Mike and his wife tami. They were awesome Mike always reels in the big fish. I started way to far north on Saturday but trolled with the waves back down to where we got them two weeks ago and weeks before that. It wasnt fast and furious like it has been but it was a steady pick till we got are 4 tickets plus one and a steelie by Two. The thermal cline is gone and the fish are laying deeper in the water column. That was the biggest change for us was to go deeper. most fish were 55 to the bottom. Dipseys ruled the day boards didnt do much. Today had some great old timers and had a ball. Went 30 for 40 by 1 today. Boat traffic was nuts. Same deep program nice steady pick. Quality on saturday was awesome. Sunday was still good but caught like 3 or 4 that were 18 inches. Not going to elaborate on specifics even though Nicholas and I cant fish the OWF Championship this up coming weekend that had to be rescheduled from last weekend because of charters. Most of my buddies are fishing it and two are in the hunt for team of the year. I can say that things are changing a bit out there so dont get complacent and keep working at it if things arent happening. Tightlines. BD
