We fished up at the islands on the 4th and 5th of Feb. It was really good on sunday where we fished D can and went 23 for 29 with the 5 biggest going 45lbs plus. The best program was 800 reefrunners in  blue moon and Sunspots and husky jerks in blue glass and clown. speed was 1.0 to 1.2. Leads were 55 to 80 on reefrunners and 50 to 120 on husky jerks. If this is any indication on how the spring is going to be god help us it will be a huge change from the last couple years when it was barley ice free by April. Only time will tell. Till next Time.
